  • Handmade grilled flatbread

  • Crostini made from Bub and Grandmas baguettes

  • Delivered on a reusable platter/cutting board (personalized branding on boards available)

All orders require one weeks notice. All Sunday orders can only take place after 2:30 pm and will include a $50 fee

Exceptions to these rules will be made because we are pretty easy going.

Our charcuterie team is constantly working on their craft and has monthly and seasonal “specialty” selections available as well as our standard selections included on all of our charcuterie boards.

THE HEDGEHOG CHARCUTERIE BOARD:

  • Three of our house cured and aged to perfection charcuterie selections made from beef, lamb, duck, or pork.

  • House made fruit preserves made from seasonally fresh farmers market fruit

  • House made pate’ made with grass fed organic free range SZ-Ranch chicken livers

  • Seasonally fresh sprouted nuts candied and lightly spiced

  • House made crackers

  • Delivered on a reusable platter/cutting board

Crudités Platters:

All of our veggies and fruits are hand selected from certified organic farms and change according to what is seasonally fresh.

Our dips are made from scratch and are served in Bub and grandmas’ bread bowls.

(Gluten free options available)

  • A cornucopia of seasonal heirloom veggies, lightly blanched for the perfect bite.

  • Seasonal savory heirloom fruits (like cherry tomatoes and cucumbers) selected from the farmers market

Seasonal, Local, and home made

All of our offerings are sourced and made in house from LA farmers market produce.

Feel free to ask us for a vendors list when you order your platters.

DIPS:

  • House made green empress dressing made with fresh tender herbs.

  • Made from scratch hummus topped with Nuva olive oil, paprika, and smoked sea salt.

  • Grilled baba ganoush. (when egg-plant is in season)

  • Artichoke dip with house preserved artichoke, shredded heirloom carrots, roasted garlic, shallot, house made mayo & crème fresh, and aged welsh cheddar cheese.

  • Served with house made grilled flatbread.

 (Please don’t ask if we have ranch dressing.) 

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE ONE WEEKS NOTICE. ALL SUNDAY ORDERS CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE AFTER 2:30 PM AND WILL INCLUDE A $50 FEE
